Holiday Lodges North Devon has two stocked fishing lakes at its centre, the larger of the lakes has Carp up to 20lbs, Tench, Rudd, Roach and Golden Orfe. The smaller of the two lakes has Carp up to 9lbs, Tench, Rudd, Roach and Golden Orfe. Fishing is only allowed for guests, we do not allow Day Tickets fishing at all. A small stream and the Lydeland Water River border the property, which has a total of 8.5 acres for you to explore. The main area of interest is the woodland, which has the river running down its entire length.

The woodland is split into two different woodland types 1. Wet valley bottom woodland and 2. Secondary broadleaved woodland along the sloped area.

Kingfisher and Heron Lodges

The Canadian style lodges are located right on the edge of the larger of our two lakes, with uninterrupted views over the water from the lounge and its veranda, as well as both the twin and double bedrooms. The lodges are decorated in natural colours to create a modern contemporary style. They feature full double-glazing and central heating so can be enjoyed in warmth and comfort whatever the weather.

Also Included: All Sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillows and pillow cases. All beds made up for your arrival. Please note towels, washing powder and dishwasher tablets are not included. No pets allowed. No smoking in lodges.

Open Plan Lounge & Dining Room
The Lounge features two three seater chocolate brown leather sofas, coffee table and TV Cabinet with 42inch LCD Flat Screen TV, DVD/CD player along with a freesat system showing free to air channels. Double French doors leading on to a covered Balcony with 2 chairs a bench and coffee table. The dining area has an oak style dining table with 6 high backed leather-dining chairs, a low bookcase with selection of DVDs and books for you to borrow during your stay.

Kitchen
The modern fully equipped kitchen has all the labour saving devices you are used to and more. The fresh white units sit alongside the stainless steel hob, oven and extractor and contrast the clean white units. The kitchen features a washing machine, full size dishwasher, large fridge freezer and microwave oven.

Twin Bedroom
The twin room has two single beds with built in wardrobes, satellite TV and DVD player and features uninterrupted views over the lake from the large picture window.

Master Bedroom & Ensuite
The spacious master bedroom features a leather King size bed, two oak style bedside tables with leather bedside lights, large built in wardrobes, TV and DVD and its own en-suite bathroom.

Family Shower Room
Good size shower with sliding glass doors, clean white suite with vanity area, extractor and storage cupboard.

Outside Decking Area
The superb 4.8m x 3.6m decked area on the edge of the lake with private hot tub, Gazebo with bar, picnic bench & BBQ finishes of this superb accommodation.
